- DWD WDec 3, 20231.0Hours said open until 9 pm. No one there at 6 pm. No sign indicating why. That’s unprofessional. If you close unexpectedly, at least put up a sign.

But when my father asked to use the bathroom the lady said they don't have keys to the restroom. "Because they are trying to not let people overdose inside the bathrooms." WHAT THE HECK. I'm sorry but this needs addressed to the management or subway headquarters on having a better security service for the if this is what is happen. As a person who had been in love with subway since I was a teenager I will never come back to this location which is unfortunate cause I love all my subway locations. Also just thought about if the employess don't have the keys to unlock the doors how are the employees washing there hands ????
