  By far the worst experience I’ve ever had there. We got there 2-3 times a week for breakfast. First when I walked in she could even care I was there. Nasty look on her face and full of what seemed to be Attitude. Then this lady argued with me over and over for a mistake she made. It really wasn’t a big deal and I explained that but nope she couldn’t let it go. The this “so called manager” steps in backs up the employee without seeing ANYTHING and continues to make her remarks. The lady continued to argue with me talking back that crazy. I couldn’t believe she was so mad because she made a mistake. Look lady it wasn’t the end of the world and no matter what I said she wouldn’t stop arguing! The even crazier part when I was getting ready to leave that same employee was so nice to the man that walked in the door. Hmmmm? The Owner needs to make some changes with those 2 ladies. What an awful experience. Thank goodness for Dunkin next door. They need to learn something for the Manager over there. I wish 0 stars was available. I hope there day gets better.
