  I went here around 6pm on 4/15/2026 and was served by a gentleman on duty. I asked for the chicken teriyaki footlong with steak and bacon…and then it began. He made comments about why I’m getting steak on the sub and then told me it costs extra. I said that is fine. He then asked if I could afford it. I said yes. He continued to complain that I asked for steak on the sandwich, and rang it up. There were two people that had sandwiches made and paid for their sandwiches when they got to the end. After the gentleman put my sub in the toaster he made me pay immediately, I’m guessing he didn’t think I could afford it as he made a comment about it being more expensive. The food was good but I don’t like being disrespected for asking for a sandwich the way I like for it to be made. Wish I met the gentleman in a different setting, I just feel like he wouldn’t have been so disrespectful then. Oh he also charged me twice for bacon. My card still went through, guess he was really checking if I could afford it.

  The food is good but when I went to check out they selected their own tip without saying anything or giving me the choice to do it myself so make sure you check your receipt!

  Horrible customer service, only out for their money, don’t accommodate when running out of stuff nor communication when running out. Lie to and never received money back from a canceled purchase. Horrible horrible horrible. And always runs out of things to make sandwiches!!! Never going back!

  Clean but could use some updating on the inside. I'd call it an old rusty bucket. Great service and food in an old establishment.
