    I briefly visited this location today. I came in to purchase an Italian b.m.t. This is a sandwich that I get on a regular basis. I asked Steven to make some adjustments/ customization to the sandwich. I wanted to sub turkey for the ham since the sandwich is pork heavy. Which I’ve done at several locations in my city. I do normally get a little push back for this request. I normally ask that they check with a manager, in this situation I stated that he probably had the authority to make the decision on his own. He stated that i could but it would be additional fees associated with my request. I said “really? Well that’s fine I will pay the fee and just leave a review. He suggested me go to the subway 2 miles away and get my sandwich there. I explained that I was comfortable paying the fee and would just to be served here. He said that he no longer felt comfortable serving me because I’m rude. In shock I said “rude, how was I rude.” He informed me that the whole interaction with him was rude from beginning. Continued on to ask me to leave because he reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. I told him that I was going to sit with my small child that I had with and make my review Steven then proceeded to speak to me loudly from behind the service counter with threats of calling the authorities, To have me thrown out of the store. I at that time advised him to do just that and that, that would be fine. He continued to try to speak to me with out my engagement telling me to just go to my car and make the review. Steven indeed chose to call the police. I finished the review thanked Steven for his service and told him to have a great day. Steven seemed to be irritated with me because of my request to customize a sandwich in customizable sandwich shop. I was not rude to Steven I did not raise my voice nor was I disrespectful to him. And yet he did everything he could to make scene, draw attention, try to embarrass me and insight a reaction. Over me asking for turkey instead of ham on a sandwich.

    Steffany was amazing! She was friendly, professional, and made my Subway order exactly how I wanted it. She had a great attitude, worked quickly, and made the whole experience pleasant. It’s always nice to be helped by someone who cares about customer service. Thank you, Steffany!
