  The wait times at this sonic have actually gotten INSANE , waiting 30 mins for one drink is actually insane. They press the button and say “someone is on the way” and than no one comes out for another 25 mins after that and than if they forget something? FORGET IT ANOTHER 10 MINUTES ATLEAST. (it’s now been 40 mins btw)

  Just made my second appearance at sonic probably in the last 10 years. I drive by it all the time. It’s 8 o’clock on a Sunday morning after a holiday. I drive through the parking lot and there’s one car. There’s no signs anywhere that showed the hours so I wasn’t sure if they were opened or not but they served breakfast so one would assume they were open on a Sunday at 8 o’clock. I go to the speaker and wait for just a brief second, no hours posted there either. I drive to the window to see if I’m wasting my time because I’m already late to where I’m going. I see somebody in the back walk toward me and doesn’t even look through the window. She just opens it ready to hear what I have to say. I ask are you open? And she says yes I’m the only one here and I was about to answer you on the speaker, but you were being impatient. No, I was not being impatient. I was being “ no idea if you’re even freaking open” I’m not gonna describe the lady because I’m having a crappy morning also and I feel like she is in the same boat. How the heck are you supposed to run a restaurant with one person? I know y’all don’t pay them but peanuts so not much ambition to show up after a holiday but y’all gotta get it together. And I don’t mean that at a restaurant level I mean that at a corporate level. If you have one employee, you might as well not open because I’m sure this review did much more disservice to your business than me just finding out it was closed and going on with my day.
