  I’m sooo sick of this place! I gave them a fighting chance. The employees don’t know what they sell! I only order what’s on the menu and they don’t have it. I was told everyday the snacks and some drinks were half off between 2-5. Funny how days later they don’t! I ordered a Parmesan crispy tender wrap but apparently they don’t offer what they advertise on their menu. I asked for a zero flavored drink which is apparent on the menu but they don’t offer that either, they only have diet. Days later they don’t sell anything diet. I’m stressed and it’s only my fault cause I kept going back. I’ve lived my entire life not eating at Sonic’s it’s a no brained to me that I could take that accomplishment to the end. Good riddance to 103rd Sonic’s. 😠😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡… cause the stars weren’t enough

  Sonic is very affordable and they have a good variety of flavors for the drinks me and my son love to get our drinks there💯

  The burger was burnt and old and thrown together with no care. They’ve changed their menu so that if you get a junior Double cheeseburger. You don’t even get ketchup or mayonnaise or mustard. It’s disgusting not worth the effort.

  I have never been treated with this level of disrespect at a fast-food restaurant before. I remained calm and polite throughout the entire interaction and simply asked for a refund because my order was incorrect. Instead of trying to help resolve the issue, the cashier repeatedly asked, "Why are you doing this?" and seemed more interested in dismissing me than assisting me as a customer. She shut the drive-thru window in my face multiple times while I was speaking, even though I was not being rude, aggressive, or argumentative. The order itself was a simple M&M Sonic Blast. I previously worked at Sonic in high school, so I know how straightforward this item is to make. The Blast I received was melted, made incorrectly, and was not even the size I ordered. Paying nearly $8 for a dessert that was prepared wrong is frustrating enough, but the customer service made the situation much worse. To make matters worse, there was laughing, cursing, and a complete lack of professionalism when I tried to address the issue and request a refund for a product I did not receive as ordered. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What I cannot understand is the level of disrespect and unwillingness to help a customer who was simply asking for the correct product or a refund. The entire experience was disappointing and unprofessional.
