  Group ordered food but won’t serve my portion… Asked for confirmation multiple times but by the time everyone was done with the whole dinner, waiter acknowledges there was a mix up… but apologies ONLY to the person who got the different food. Just gives me a grimace… feels bad to get discriminated when paying for a three digit cost meal.

  Food was good as always. Service staff was attentive, but a bit slow to bring drinks once order. I waited patiently for the bill about 30 minutes after having finished my meal before going to the host stand myself and asking for the bill. Im also very disappointed the Fentamens (sp) Rose Lemonade is no longer on the menu. Personal Fav!! It was also confusing when leaving because there was no signage as to what door to use. Obviously I chose the wrong (locked) door...as the host watched, before realizing what door to actually use. Restrooms were clean and stocked. The fixtures are showing their age, and are in need of a deep polish to bring that original luster back. The landscaping looks fantastic. The shape looks great from afar, when driving through. Super impressed with the way the podocarpus turned out on the West entrance. Several bulbs are out on exterior chandeliers throught the lower level, but overall appearance and housekeeping looked impressive.

  Lobster roll cold Tried to double bill me for food Forgot many things I asked for Dirty plates stayed a long time Drinks empty a long time Had to ask for silverware for dessert. ( waited a long time ) Food didn’t arrive on time and some got cold Management never came to the table to apologize or discusss Very high dollar place. Expected great service. Plus they allowed the little kid next to us to listen to iPad at loud settings. Annoying

  We had a really nice experience at the RH Rooftop Restaurant. The ambiance is beautiful and relaxing, with a bright, open space that makes it a great spot to unwind. The service was great. Shoutout to Rocky, our waiter, who was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly without being over the top. The food was solid and well-prepared, and overall it was a really enjoyable dining experience. We would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice atmosphere and good food in Jacksonville.

  Super rude management. We arrived with a party of 7, however a few of us were running late. The restaurant was empty and plenty of tables were available, we decided to sit and wait but we were approached by the manager and immediately he instructed us that we couldn't wait inside and told us to go outside. When we tried to explain to him the situation he just walked off mid sentence. Super unprofessional he acted like the restaurant was super busy and to be honest seemed like he didnt want our business. He told us multiple times you can stay or leave if you want. When we tried to talk to him afterwards about if he can accommodate us, he said “sound like you are coming off hostile”. Really unprofessional, I an contacting corporate to complain and discuss. Also, you cannot order drinks and appetizers in the restaurant. They either force you to order dinner or sit outside. Very strict rules for mediocre service and food. I understand the high scale approach, but it seems like the rules are damaging their reputation.
