First time patronizing this establishment. The lunch special was enough food for dinner later that evening and breakfast the next morning. Service was phenomenal. Food (pizza) was great and pricing was very reasonable. The atmosphere was very Italian with lovely music to add to the ambiance. Will definitely return with another group of friends. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Both toilets were clogged and inaccessible to use. They apologized but on a busy Friday night they needed a plunger or a plumber. The $8.00 baklava that someone’s mother made was not baklava. It was runny, the dough appeared raw. Baklava is known for its crispy phyllo pastry. One bite and it was tossed. I don’t know how much the cannoli was but it was small and my granddaughter took one bite and didnt like it at all. Go to Publix and see what a real cannoli looks and tastes like. The marinara sauce and meatballs were just average. We are neighbors of this place and love to support the small businesses but I just wasn’t impressed with this place. Sorry.

Had a pickup order that was on time on a pretty steady Friday evening. Friendly staff and the portion size for food is the green dream.

Ordered a large pizza for delivery, half sausage with anchovies & half pepperoni. It was delivered on time they overpaid the tip only to find there were no anchovies When I called they said they had tried to reach me on my cell phone up to four times according to the manager which is BS. When I called about it to let them know they said they would have the manager call me. He didn’t like my disappointment and basically accuse me of not answering my phone saying that they ran out of anchovies The point is instead of being apologetic he was argumentative from the get-go Won’t eat their pizza again, It’s average in my opinion . And I’m entitled to my opinion, I thought the crust was very chewy .

The most toxic dining experience in Jacksonville. My husband and I were the only patrons in the restaurant. I ordered a cream-based pasta but they brought out a tomato pasta. I asked our server if it was the dish I ordered. She checked with the kitchen and came back admitting they made a mistake and asked if I wanted to just stick with it (it’s clear I didn’t but I would have obliged if it weren’t for my night shade sensitivity).
As she takes the dish away I hear what sounded like cursing. I look up and in the window to the kitchen were two bearded men with hate all over their faces staring me down. I made eye contact with the shorter dude and he immediately turned around and violently stormed off. I was taken aback by the vitriol they displayed just because I didn’t keep the dish. I was extremely apologetic to the server even, when it was obviously not my fault. At that point I wasn’t sure if it was a good idea to consume whatever they were going to prepare. They gave me a really bad vibe.
After the food was delivered, the shorter guy walked through the restaurant giving me this evil mean mugging face. They were clearly having a bad day or bad business and decided to take it out on me when, again, they were the ones who made the mistake. I am appalled by their ignorant and repulsive behavior and have shared this with everyone I know.
If you can’t own up to your mistakes and be gracious to your customers, do not operate in food service, or any kind of service. What an awful display of character.
Food was not good either as everything is microwaved out of a bag. The booths were busted and incredibly uncomfortable to sit in.
