  Wonderful service very friendly and patient, food was great and hot 🔥 and they come out with a smile 😁 tonia the manager was great 😊

  This store provided exceptions service. I stopped coming years ago because of a few experiences but as of recently it has been phenomenal. I’ve created relationship with the GM Ms.Tonia and she truly cares about her customers.

  I ordered a large pizza last night. The pizza was on the deals 3 toppings large for 10 dollars. I got home and the pizza was pitiful. There was barely any toppings on it. I've ordered a medium 1 topping pizza in the past that had more toppings than this one. The sauce was super light as well.

  My recent experience was disappointing overall. When we arrived, the restaurant was busy, but no one greeted us. My order showed as ready, yet I had to wait without acknowledgment. When I approached the counter, I was told someone would help me shortly, but other customers were assisted first. When I finally received my order, the interaction felt rushed and impersonal. Unfortunately, the food did not make up for the service. While the pizza looked correct, the taste was off. It had an unusual sweetness, the jalapeños tasted fresh instead of baked in, and the crust lacked the garlic and oil I requested. This was my third time giving Pizza Hut another try, and I believe it will be my last. I’ve been a customer since my military days, but the quality has clearly declined. I still left a tip out of respect for the team, but both service and product fell short. I’m not looking for compensation, just hoping this feedback leads to improvement.
