  Shout out to Ms Tonia!! Hope i spelled it right ☺️ Absolutely love this 103rd street location!! The establishment is always clean, the staff members are friendly, super accommodating, and my orders are always fresh and ready on time! Also, the team work between the staff moves fluidly and consistently. I’ve never had a bad experience or bad food here. Keep up the good work 103rd🫶🏾

  I would like to congratulate this store on its excellent service and outstanding customer care. The food is always fast, delicious, and made exactly the way I order it. I recently moved to Jacksonville from Texas, and I have visited this location three times so far. Each time, I have come across a gentleman by the name of Kyle, and I would like to recognize him for his exceptional customer service. Kyle is truly an asset to this store. He is friendly, attentive, quick, and professional. Most importantly, he acknowledges, greets, and thanks every customer that walks in. I have personally witnessed him treating everyone with kindness and respect. He always has a smile on his face and is ready to help. Not only does he provide excellent service, but he also tells customers to stay safe and enjoy their meal, which really impressed me. It made such an impact on me that I felt the need to contact corporate because they truly deserve to know the kind of employee they have representing their company. Kyle deserves to be acknowledged and compensated in some way for his excellent customer service. Employees like him are what make customers want to keep coming back.
