  The 3.7 star rating is valid. The pizza even when ordered directly and picked up immediately when ready still tastes worse then a cheap frozen pizza from the grocery store. I will never be returning

  First of all Dionna the manager was personable, polite and professional. She went out of her way to make my Pizza Hut experience one of which will keep me coming back. Please keep her at the Normandy location in Jacksonville, FL. Best, large, Thin crust, meat lovers pizza I've had in a long while. Steve

  The food has gotten so much better. It's actually very good. No need to ask for any kind of extra toppings they don't cheat you.Got 2 pizza today it was amazing.my wife and l enjoyed it..Good job .

  I ordered a Large, Hand Toss Super Supreme pizza. Got home to only realize it had a stuffed cheese crust (which I detest). Then the next morning I realize they gave me a Meat Lovers and NOT Super Supreme. I guess I was so hungry last night, I didn't even realize THAT mistake. All of this came after I arrived in the drive thru and was told they undercooked one of my pizzas and had to remake it. Don't know which one but if it was this one, they completely made their own.
