  Now I do want to say that the young lady in the lobby named Jeovanna was just as sweet as she could be. While I was sitting there waiting, I shared with her that I had lost my grandson in a terrible car accident back in May, and that dear girl showed me nothing but kindness and compassion. She listened to me so respectfully and spoke to me with such a gentle heart. She even took the time to recommend a church for me to visit. In a time where I have been carrying so much grief, her kindness truly meant more to me than she probably realizes, and I will never forget it.

  I had a horrible, inappropriate, and extremely uncomfortable interaction with a manager named Ray. While addressing my order issue, he made comments about my body, stating how “nice my rack sat” and saying he would love to see more women who looked like me. These comments were completely unprofessional and inappropriate, especially since they were made in front of a young girl with blue hair who appeared to be around my daughter’s age (15) . The entire interaction made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected.

  I stumbled upon this place while traveling to Jacksonville . Amazing Store ! Jovanna was extremely helpful . Definitely the best in Jacksonville. The store is clean .
