  When i’m in the mood for Pizza Hut —they are my go to, there was gentlemen in there today and he was the sweetest —I placed my order, around 3:50pm and it was done before the initial quote time! thanks a bunch for prioritizing the customers and making me feel special🤍💐

  I placed a carryout order at home and went to pick it up when it was almost ready. I walk in and wait about 5-10 minutes before anyone came to the front. Then a woman came to the register, handed pizza to another customer who was waiting, and then asked me my name and if I was picking up. I told her my name, and then the phone started ringing. Instead of telling the customer on the phone to please hold, she started taking their order. My order was completely ready to pick up, she just had to hand it to me. Instead she answered the phone and didn't even ask me to wait or anything, just ignored me. About another 5-10 minutes later, a tall gentleman from the back came up front to help and immediately handed me my pizza from the warmer when I told him my name. There was another customer waiting outside for them to bring out their order when I first got there. He ended up going inside because no one ever came out. This is not the first time I've experienced terrible service from this location. Someone needs to retrain their employees on customer service.

  I order a large pizza stuff crust meat lovers, it was really good, and that guy that’s always there is always sweet, I can’t remember his name but he has very pretty hair jaja
