  Sarah took our order. She offered no refund, the pizza was one hour late, it was cold. They had no drivers available.

  The worst pizza I have ever had from a Pizza Hut! Do they use marinara sauce and fresh ingredients at all?

  The pizza and all was fantastic. The service was excellent. The DoorDash delivery driver was horrible and took half our food. But the Pizza Hit employees were very professional and replaced everything Amy didn't deliver.

  I ordered some pizza like always on a Friday night. Its my one indulgence for the week in this economy. The pizza was wrong. No biggie it's still a pizza right? I'm missing my extra sauce. Again no biggie I still have the pizza. Missing the 2 liter. Kind of ruining the meal now. I ask the driver he says they didnt give it to him. Im like ok, can you please go get it. He says yes I'll be right back. An hour goes by. Mind you I'm 7 mins from the location. So I call amd ask can they bring it to me. The person says no....flat out no. So I say ok I get it it's busy can you just refund me my money for the 2 liter then. She says no. I ask why she tells me that too many people call in lying about these things. So I say I'm not lying ask the driver. I just want my 2 liter or a refund or better yet to make it easy just give me a 2 liter for free on my next order. She promptly hung up on me. Then there was no answer when I called back multiple times. I will never order from Pizza Hut again. They have lost my business for life. No reason for being rude and stolen from by a company accusing me of trying to steal a 2 liter of pop.
