  I just moved here from Illinois and I had 2 pizzas delivered and then I opened my pizza it had a long dark hair in the cheese and sticking out. I of course took video and called store because that’s gross. Welcome to Florida lol. The girl who answered didn’t bother to oh I’m so sorry about that. She had a low tone and just said ok and they would delivery another and I said can you please ask whoever is making the pizza to have their long hair pulled back or make sure it’s not in clothing so it doesn’t happen again and she didn’t say anything to that but said is there anything else you want and I said no thank you and she hung up. Wow talk about great service….Not! To think that is the type of workers they hire is ridiculous. I think I might call back and ask to speak to the manager even though the option I pushed was for a manager but that couldn’t of been a manager but then again people now days are just rude so maybe it was. The reviews are poor for this papa John’s location too ugh.

  Disgusting! These people do not seal the pizza boxes for delivery, even though I have called before and specifically asked them to. On top of that, the pizza I received looked like it had been put together using slices from different pizzas. The slices had noticeably different cheese, crust, toppings, and some looked much older and drier than others. It looked like leftover slices were mixed together to make a full pizza. For a delivery order, an unsealed box is already a problem, (they use DoorDash for delivery) because you have no way of knowing if it was opened after leaving the restaurant. Add a pizza that looks pieced together like this, and I’m done ordering from here. This is disgusting and completely unacceptable!! I got a refund and will never order from here again!

  Ordered 4 pizza and spent $71 for the pizzas to come not sliced or if sliced completely uneven. Hardly any toppings or sauce on the pizzas. Do not recommend this location.

  I ordered my food online and when I showed up there was a long line of people and a full lobby, the guy working was super sweet and told us our wait time would be 10 minutes, it ended up being about 30, WHICH IS completely okay because he was the ONLY worker working on a holiday? Completely ridiculous, management should be embarrassed honestly. He deserves a raise.
