- SSshelby1 day ago5.0(I’m so sorry if I’m butchering the spelling) but Joao was such a sweetheart and offered me a free dessert that I’ve never had before (it’s so good!) for my wait time even though he was super fast juggling multiple orders by himself before closing time. Amazing service and kudos to him for being so friendly even though I’m sure he was stressed out, wish we saw more of that in the world today. Thank you!!

- MWManuela W-HApr 16, 20261.0I have been a fan of Papa John’s and was very happy with the one on San Jose Blvd. and all of a sudden there is barely any sauce on it. It’s very dry and the crust is so large (not thick, but the sauce starts way in). I looked up if they have a new owner and I found out, yes they do. I also looked up if there are other negative reviews since it changed owners and yes, it is. Right now I’m thinking they lost a customer unless they see these reviews and make changes. The pizza is so dry and the dough is very hard. Also, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, it is the second time this experienced this dry, badly sauce pizza. About a month ago, I ordered 2 pizzas and it was the exact same dry pizza. 😞

Papa johns is great. Pizza came out hot and fast and the staff was plenty friendly. Good deal too, $14 for large 3 topping. Did I ruin my diet? Yes. Was it worth it? Also yes.

After driver initially gave me wrong order, realized delivery is not done by Papa Johns as implied by the wedsite. Pizza was soggy & limp like a dish rag. Crust had no crisp at all and veggies seemed to be isolated in a couple of globs and not evenly distributed. Will not be going back to this place. Will make my own or go back to Dominos 7.99 carry out.
