  Called and some India call center guy that can’t speak good English is trying to take my order. Hung up and called PIZZA HUT where a real AMERICAN answered the phone. First the drivers now the this good bye Papa John’s you’ve gone way down hill

  Ruined our dinner with a huge order mistake!. For families with religious, ethical, or allergic dietary restrictions, this kind of careless mistake is a huge deal. The kitchen staff needs better training on reading order tickets properly.

  As I am waiting for my pizza I see the man not wearing cloves. I wasn't even asked are you picking up. Come to find out they just started making it. I got the pizza and like was someone having a bad theres no sauce. I had a first bad experience 1st time I come back 2months later thinking it would be different but its not. I will not return.

  Horrible customer service I have ever received! We use to order there almost once a week and now I will never order again. When you order delivery and get your order and it’s wrong it’s your responsibility to go pick it up and you are hung up on. Also when you call there is no manager and then they don’t know when they will be in or even their name. Very disappointing!
