  We had a pre order for 3 medium pizzas and 1 large stuff crust and some bread sticks. I picked up on time. Food was not good. The dough was dry and hard. I called the store and they told me the dough they were given was not right from corporate and it was out of their control. Pretty shocking to push blame and bot offer to any type of discount or coupon. We won't order from here again.

  Gave my entire family diarrhea everything tastes disgusting Florida really needs to go back to sanitation scores being visible for Customers to because I definitely know for certain they wouldn’t PASS! I’m never ordering from there again and I’m actually taking my complaint higher. There’s no way they would pass any type of sanitation SCORE! The food was literally disgusting.and made my house SICK IN 20 mins!!!!

  I placed a DoorDash pickup order using a Buy One, Get One Free promotion. I wanted one cheese and one pepperoni. Because I do not eat pork, I called the store directly before placing my order to make sure this could be accommodated. I was specifically told that I could place the order and that they would make one cheese and one pepperoni. I also provided my name so the staff would know which order was mine. When I arrived to pick up my order, the manager, Marcille, told me they could not honor what I had already been told over the phone. I explained that I had called ahead specifically to avoid this issue. Instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally, Marcille became very loud, rude, argumentative, and disrespectful. I did not appreciate Marcille’s tone or the way I was spoken to, especially considering I had already called the store and received approval before placing the order. I was also extremely concerned about food safety. I observed Marcille come from the back and touch food without washing their hands first. This made me very uncomfortable and added to an already upsetting experience. Ultimately, I canceled my entire order because of Marcille’s attitude and the way the situation was handled. I would not have canceled my order if I had been treated respectfully and if the situation had been handled professionally. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and would like this matter addressed with management. My concerns are not only about the conflicting information I received, but also about Marcille’s behavior, professionalism, and the food-handling practices I witnessed. Customers should not be spoken to in a disrespectful or argumentative manner, especially after taking the time to call ahead and confirm an order before placing it.

  I got burnt pizza. When called and spoke to manager, he was very rude and unprofessional. I took pizza back to restaurant to show what I mean and get a refund, the manager Alec asked my and my wife to get out and threatened to call police. Never ever recommend this Papa John's to anyone. Stay away from this location.

  Best Pizza spot in oakleaf hands down! I order alot and its always on point. Even when something is missing which is rare, and usually on the driver, they make it more than right. Never had an issue always a happy customer and I wont dare get pizza anywhere else this is the best 🥰🥰
