⭐ 1-Star Review My family and I have been longtime customers of this Papa Johns location, but after the way I was treated tonight, I’m seriously reconsidering ever ordering here again. There was an issue with the apartment number on our delivery, so I personally called the store and provided the correct apartment number, 1010. When the DoorDash driver appeared to be going around the wrong area, I called the store again because we simply wanted to figure out where our food was. Instead of helping, the manager, Christie, immediately had an attitude and told me I needed to “check your girlfriend on the address next time.” She then accused us of yelling at her, even though we were simply frustrated and trying to get the situation resolved. She refunded our order, refused to remake it, and actually told us “you’re not getting any pizza tonight.” My girlfriend later called hoping to calmly resolve the situation. She even offered to place a brand-new order, pay for it, and come pick it up herself so there wouldn’t be another delivery issue. Christie’s response was that if we came to the store, she would call the police. That crossed the line for me. Neither of us threatened anyone or said we were coming there to cause a problem. We were literally trying to pay for another pizza and pick it up. Delivery mistakes happen. That’s understandable. What isn’t understandable is a manager escalating a simple delivery problem, making disrespectful personal comments, refusing service, and threatening loyal customers with the police. After years of supporting this location, this is easily the worst customer-service experience I’ve ever had here. Management above Christie needs to seriously review how this situation was handled.
