I know every time I see Hannah on the register she is going to make my day. Please give this girl a raise 🙏 she's the kindest and hardest working cashier I have ever seen at a place like this, She always goes above and beyond and makes you feel special.

I visited Panera Bread in the Brooklyn area of Jacksonville today and ordered one of my usual favorites that I get from Panera often. Since this is the closest location to my home, I’ve visited several times. Unfortunately, the evening crew continues to provide a disappointing experience.
The employee behind the counter softly whispered my name, placed my food on the counter, and walked away before I could even approach or ask for anything else. This has happened before, and now I understand why I missed my order being called previously.
Once I got home, I realized my salad dressing was missing. On a previous visit, utensils were left out. Both times it was the same employee handling the order.
I’ve visited during the daytime and had a completely different, much better experience. But the evening shift, especially close to closing time, seems to operate with poor attitude and lack of care. I hope management addresses the inconsistency because this location has potential to be great.
This is a fairly new feeling Panera Bread location. Some places definitely have that dated feel to them. Here does not. I ordered the Asiago avocado turkey bagel sandwich. They crafted a delicious creation whoever they are. I love it when something just works. People with great pallets need to be paid more (whatever they are paid). Think about it. If you have time off work, are rich & retired, on a honeymoon or whatever - don't you want to eat and drink something fantastic and that you know you can't make at home?! Hear food makes life worth living
I digress... I am interested in eating healthy. So when I'm out, I want closer to it as possible. Panera did that with my sandwich.

After taking care of business, I stopped by this location and ordered the green goddess chicken Cobb salad. Angel was the person who took the order and her customer service skills were outstanding.
I am writing to report a serious issue regarding my recent DoorDash delivery handled by the driver, Chassity. According to the DoorDash app, my order was marked as delivered to my location. However, I never received my food.
After noticing the delay, I contacted Panera Bread directly to inquire about the status of my order. This is Panera Bread in the Riverside area in Jacksonville, FL. Their representative informed me that the driver stated she had left the food “by a glass door.” This description does not match my workplace environment, and at no point was my food delivered to me personally. I have been in my office all day, and no attempt was made to contact me, knock, or confirm the delivery.
Additionally, leaving food outside on the ground—especially in an unspecified location—is unacceptable and unsanitary. This demonstrates a lack of professionalism, care, and respect for both the customer and the delivery process.
As a result, I did not receive my order at all. This experience reflects extremely poor service, and I would not want this driver Chassity assigned to any of my future deliveries. I hope this matter is reviewed thoroughly, as this level of negligence should not be acceptable within the food delivery industry.
