Was shocked by the large number of dirty tables that remained dirty even after I left.
I'll be honest, while I usually love Panera, this place was just so bad. I was already getting bad vibes, while standing in line to order I saw 2 other customers come up to complain today. One was upset the drink area was not only out of half the soda but completely filthy, and apparently another woman had either dirty or moldy bread that they refused to replace, I tell which because I just turned around and walked back out by then.

I am aware that the few Panera Bread's I frequented in NC had really gone downhill over the past few years - and had hoped that was more of a local issue. Sadly, this PB is no better.
I put my order in at the inside kiosk and it offered to add a Hibiscus tea along with my Ciabatta Cheesesteak. So I chose it. They called my order and when I got to the window I was given an empty cup, and they only have fountain drinks and tea at the self-serve station, so I mentioned my order to the two people at the window and both of them looked confused when I told them I ordered a Hibiscus Tea and one even asked "what is that"? they then looked at my ticket to confirm. then they said "our bubbler hasn't worked in a long time". Not their fault, probably, that they didn't have the product, but the fact they just ignored what I ordered before putting the order up at the window shows disorganization. the fact they did not pro-actively address an order they could not fulfill shows a lack of customer service.
the sandwich was less than half the height of the sandwich in the picture on the kiosk. it truly was a bit sad.
the restroom had no towels available.
and the kiosk asks you for a tip when there is no service anywhere in the building.
hopefully PB can get their act together and turn this around. they used to be decent and always full of people. this place, like the ones back home, are nearly empty at 6p.
for the time being, if you find yourself in this neighborhood and hungry, I would recommend any of the other 15 eateries within walking distance.

This place is the most nasty, unclean place Ive been that dared charge these prices. For a restaurant supposedly famous for the bread, Ive never seen a place as stingy with it. Ridiculously miniscule proportions even by Panerra standards. Just keep driving.

Paneera is supposed to be a bread store however, I ordered 6 bowls of soup and a large salad. Each was supposed to come with the bread, as well as 2 extra loaves of bread.
They completely forgot the bread for my order and offered no refund. Doordash offered $2.00, less than the 2 extra loaves order.

The food here is good, but the service—particularly for app orders—is extremely disappointing. Orders are not placed in the rapid pick‑up cubbies as they should be. Instead, they’re left on the counter facing the kitchen staff, making it impossible to see names or know whether your order is ready.
What’s worse is the complete lack of acknowledgment. Staff do not greet customers, do not offer assistance, and often ignore people standing and waiting. I visit 1–2 times per week, and this issue happens every single time.
The customer service is severely lacking, and it’s clear that training and accountability are needed. I continue to come only because the food is good, but the customer service experience is consistently unacceptable.
