- DDDenisha2 days ago1.0During my visit, my daughter was seated at the very back of the restaurant, beside the restroom doors. When my husband and I arrived and asked about other seating, we were offered seats nearby in the same area. We were not offered seating toward the front of the restaurant, where other guests were seated. While we were dining, several people arrived to pick up Uber Eats and DoorDash orders. They were directed to wait near the restrooms, where their orders were handed to them. Most of the people I observed waiting there were Black. Their presence in that area, while diners were seated nearby, created an uncomfortable situation for both groups. The seating and pickup arrangement left me concerned about how guests and delivery workers of color were being treated. As a person who knows what discrimination feels like, I found the experience deeply troubling and reminiscent of the way people of color have historically been relegated to the back of public spaces. I will not be eating there again.

Then, not even 3 mins after she left the general manager stops by. If you are going to lie then lie about something more substantial! Food took forever to get to us. The general manager did what he could but we won't be back. Chasisty is rude and should not have ever been promoted to management.

Steak tasted like liver which means it was going bad or not stored properly. So of course thwt ruined the whole meal. Talked to a manager Tim, about it to which he swore he would reciting by sending us all of these free things, coupons, meals in the mail and never received anything. Will not be back and I do not recommend.
- ARAndrew RoweSep 18, 20263.0Update: unfortunately I’m still not able to order through the Outback app but the food I received last night was back on point, and the manager really tried and Wes successful at satisfying me. Thank you again I’ve been ordering 2 or 3 times a week for over 3years now through Uber Eats, this week however the bread has arrived so hard it’s inedible, and they send chives, bacon and sour cream for a sweet potatoes. I called last night and spoke with a manager, he said he’d make sure this was addressed. He also suggested that I download their app on my phone because it would save me a lot of money compared to Uber Eats. I did what he suggested, tonight I tried to place my third order for the week on the app. The app tells me there is no restaurant to serve me. I called the restaurant back again tonight, to get help ordering. I waited 24 minutes for a different manager to finally get on the phone, she asked that I hold so that she could get to the office, another 6 minutes and someone picked up the line and then hung up on me. I called back and finally got the manager, I’m now 30 minutes into trying to order. This manager then informs me I’m out of their service area and would have to use a third party delivery, if I wanted to order. Very frustrating, not sure if they are under New management. But service and food have been horrible this week. It’s a shame they’ve gotten right several times a week for years, but now guess I need to try a new place.
- WCWanda ClintonSep 13, 20261.0Terrible my family went there yesterday it was at lease about 40 of us the food was horrible it tasted like someone dumped the whole can of pepper in it our waitress I felt bad for her because she had 25 of us by herself no other staff helped her we spoke to the manager she kept repeating I can take something off your bill we didn’t want nothing off our bill we wanted to let her know how bad our experience was we waited 2 hours for our food and a hour and a half to pay for our food they put the whole party on one machine so it took time for everyone to pass the machine around everyone is not looking for a free meal but we are looking for good customer service I ask the manager why would you only have 1 waitress waiting on 25 people she said our waitress chose to do it herself ? And to top it off the manager the girl at the front door and the slim black guy stood in the back laughing at us for complaining never going back
