I’m never greeted when I walk in, and I often feel like I’m interrupting whatever conversation the employees are having. This space has the potential to be a really nice and relaxing coffee shop, but I honestly think the team needs to be trained better.

I ordered two matchas, and they didn’t look or taste anything like a proper matcha like you’d normally expect or like what was advertised. Sadly they went straight to the trash and we straight to DOS.
