OUTSTANDING!
My Boss and I ate here during a conference in November 2025 and can I just say, highlight of the entire trip!
Ribeye with the Gratin potatoes and Prosecco was just what I needed and did they deliver.
My steak was divine, tender, seasoned and cooked perfectly. The staff was friendly, unobtrusive, and made us feel welcome and comfortable. Even though this was not our usual type of restaurant, they treated us like we were regulars.
And can we talk about the potatoes???? So good I could have eaten just those alone and been happy.
Highly recommend, for steak or seafood lovers, and even if you just like potatoes. This location made me want to plan trips around their locations! yes, THAT GOOD. Just go there. you won't regret it.

Justin and Tristin at the bar made my fiancé and my evening so much more enjoyable than we imagined. They were very pleasant and superb attention to details and high quality customer service. This level of service is how you create lifetime customers.

We dine here a couple times a year, it’s amazing. We started with the bacon wrapped scallops and they were a solid 5/5 and cooked perfectly. I love Ribeye steaks and I’ve never had the Cajun Seasoned one that they offer, so I tried it this time and I have to admit it’s the best steak I’ve had in Jacksonville. The only steak I’ve had that’s better is at Colt & Allison’s at Sea Island’s Lodge Resort. The sides are designed to be shared with the table so they are extra large portions, we got the truffle fries and asparagus which were also really, really good. If you pressed me to pick out a “bad” part of the experience it was the valet parking. I only say that because the hotel that’s attached was very busy and the poor valet guys were slightly overwhelmed but they were very nice and took care of our SUV. I would recommend this place to everyone, we’ve never had a bad meal there. Ever.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency, which has a Morton’s Steakhouse conveniently attached to the hotel. Prior to attending the Chris Stapleton concert, we made dinner reservations and looked forward to what we expected would be an exceptional dining experience.
To start, we ordered the Seared Scallops wrapped in bacon as an appetizer. The scallops were absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. They were accompanied by a small arugula salad and a flavorful sauce that complemented the dish exceptionally well. This was undoubtedly the highlight of our meal.
For our entrées, my wife ordered the Petit Filet, and I selected the 28-Day Dry-Aged Ribeye. Unfortunately, this is where our experience began to decline. Both steaks were undercooked and failed to meet expectations. My wife’s filet was noticeably tough and contained an excessive amount of connective tissue and fibrous texture, which significantly diminished its quality. Likewise, the dry-aged ribeye lacked the rich flavor typically associated with a premium dry-aged steak. Portions of the steak were difficult to eat due to their toughness and fibrous consistency.
Adding to our disappointment, our server never inquired whether our steaks had been cooked to our satisfaction.
The asparagus side dish, however, was prepared perfectly and was one of the few bright spots among the entrées.
I would like to note that we chose not to voice our concerns during the meal. We were on vacation and preparing to attend a concert, and we did not want to spend our evening addressing dining issues or risk disrupting an otherwise enjoyable night.
Overall, we left Morton’s disappointed. While the appetizer and side dish were excellent, the quality and preparation of the steaks fell well below the standard one would expect from a renowned steakhouse. Given Morton’s reputation, we anticipated a memorable dining experience; unfortunately, our meal did not live up to those expectations.
