  Service and both servers were really great and the atmosphere was energized and funHad a phenomenal time for my birthday dinner party. The lamb chops was a little bit too salty but the steak was phenomenal.

  Let me start from the wait . We went with large party and had a reservation but had to wait for table to be ready 15 min before we got waitress came to take drink order Took forever to come back to take food order not to mention larger party came after us got food before us 10 oz wagyu manhattan didn’t melt in my mouth the way it was described by waitress Not worth $250 dinner Not recommended nor we would go back

  My fiancée and I celebrated her birthday and our engagement at Morton’s Jacksonville, and the entire night was absolutely perfect. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel like the occasion truly mattered. Every detail — service, timing, presentation, and atmosphere — was spot‑on. I ordered the 16 oz. Proprietary Prime Cajun Ribeye, cooked perfectly medium‑rare, and it was one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. Juicy, flavorful, and seasoned with just the right amount of Cajun heat. The loaded baked potato was classic, comforting, and exactly what you want next to a great steak. My beautiful future wife started with the Oysters Rockefeller, which were rich, fresh, and baked to perfection. I had the Steakhouse Wedge, crisp and cold with that signature Morton’s blue cheese that hits every time. For her entrée, she chose the Chicken Christopher, and it was tender, buttery, and full of flavor. The creamed spinach was silky and delicious — a perfect side. Dessert was the grand finale. She had Morton’s Legendary Hot Chocolate Cake, and it lived up to its name — warm, decadent, and unforgettable. I went with the New York‑style cheesecake, which was smooth, rich, and the perfect ending to an incredible meal. Morton’s made our celebration feel special, memorable, and effortless. The food was phenomenal, the service was outstanding, and the entire evening reminded us why Morton’s is in a league of its own. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to mark such an important moment in our lives. Highly recommended for any special occasion — they truly delivered a five‑star experience.

  Ok, no pictures because everything was so delicious, I forgot to take them! Amazing! After searching for local, soul food and discovering that soul food means cardboard boxes and to go trays, we decided to eat at this restaurant that's located in a hotel we were staying. I regret only one think, not discovering them on our first day! We ordered wagyu meatballs - yummy! Lobster bisque- amazing, will have it tomorrow again. Lamb - delicious, huge portion! Corn and asparagus for the side - super good! Chocolate fondant - delicious. Our waiter was so thoughtful that noted that if we'll wand fondant he will put the order in now because they bake it from scratch and it takes 30 minutes. We did, and the timing were perfect! Be careful, everything is super delicious, you can't stop eating! Thank you!

  ​5/5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ​I cannot say enough wonderful things about Morton’s The Steakhouse in Jacksonville! A super-huge thank you to Kay, Madison, David, and Mike for their extraordinary hospitality. Especially David for his great leadership, as his management skills are demonstrated in the excellent attention to detail exemplified in his staff execution of their duties. His staff I encountered first by the receptionist Madison who was very gracious and warm, all the way to the waiter Mike and waitress Kay whom were extraordinarily exceptional in providing me and my family outstanding customer care are the exact reasons why Morton’s is our absolute go-to destination for special occasions. Every time we visit, they make my family and me feel like royalty. ​If you haven't experienced Morton’s yet, you are truly missing out. Morton's is simply the best!
