  I had a great experience at McDonald’s today! From the moment I walked in, the customer service stood out. The assistant manager was incredibly courteous, professional, and attentive, making sure every detail of my order was handled with care. What really impressed me was how fresh and hot my food was, everything came out exactly how it should be, and you can tell they take pride in quality and customer satisfaction. It’s not every day you receive service that feels genuine and intentional like that. This location definitely sets the standard for fast food done right. I’ll absolutely be returning!

  Was rooting for this McDonalds and its staff but have had too many bad experiences. Wait times are long, food is hit or miss whether its fresh, and attitudes are beyond poor. This time was BAD. They handed our food to the people behind us in drive thru, we watched said car dig through the bag and hand it back to the employee. The employee then tried to hand the same bag of food to me and I told them no I watched the other car dig through the bad, I need you to remake the food. The employee said "oh, but she didn't touch the food" confirming it was the same bag..... When I insisted we watched them dig through the bag (as he also did) he went and got a manager. The manager came to us WITH THE SAME CRUMPLED BAG and lied to us that the food never went out of the window and was something completely different. When I explained to her I can tell from the crumpling of the bag that it's the same one that went out the window we watched the people dig through, AND her employee agreed with me that it had been out of the window she made us go park and wait again for a fresh order. Never in my life have I experienced this. PLEASE teach all of your staff the importance of food safety before yall make someone sick by being negligent. You aren't even supposed to take the food back through the window. If that's how your employees and managers act when a customer SEES through the entire situation.... I'm extremely worried what goes on when customers don't see. Not once was there an apology for the wait or inconvenience. I get things happen, but do right by people.

  We dropped in to grab up some food. Service was great our food was ready in good time and was hot and delicious.

  This location is one of the best I've visited. The staff is efficient and friendly. They seem to communicate and work very well with each other. The food is always fresh. The restaurant itself is very clean both inside and outside. Nicejob!

  Went inside and ordered a double fish sandwich. When I got to work, I noticed they only gave me a single fish. I also requested and paid extra for certain toppings, and they only added tartar sauce. They also didn't provide any napkins. I called the restaurant and the employee had an attitude then told me to come back and they will make it fresh.
