  I don’t know if it a lack of Intellect, jus lazy, poor management skills or all three? I waited 15 minutes to find out my bag was sitting out of my view. Considering the food was barely warm I’m assuming somebody may have been quick enough to slop together quickly as you can see the sandwich that almost got put together correctly. I mean, I don’t see how hard it is to put a simple sandwich together. It’s not rocket science, but then somebody set it aside and didn’t bother putting it up when I was ready. I guess they don’t know how to ask questions.

  Thx !!!! For nothing! Ordered 2 -6 pc nuggets just to get home and nothing! Why is this hard?

  Was rooting for this McDonalds and its staff but have had too many bad experiences. Wait times are long, food is hit or miss whether its fresh, and attitudes are beyond poor. This time was BAD. They handed our food to the people behind us in drive thru, we watched said car dig through the bag and hand it back to the employee. The employee then tried to hand the same bag of food to me and I told them no I watched the other car dig through the bad, I need you to remake the food. The employee said "oh, but she didn't touch the food" confirming it was the same bag..... When I insisted we watched them dig through the bag (as he also did) he went and got a manager. The manager came to us WITH THE SAME CRUMPLED BAG and lied to us that the food never went out of the window and was something completely different. When I explained to her I can tell from the crumpling of the bag that it's the same one that went out the window we watched the people dig through, AND her employee agreed with me that it had been out of the window she made us go park and wait again for a fresh order. Never in my life have I experienced this. PLEASE teach all of your staff the importance of food safety before yall make someone sick by being negligent. You aren't even supposed to take the food back through the window. If that's how your employees and managers act when a customer SEES through the entire situation.... I'm extremely worried what goes on when customers don't see. Not once was there an apology for the wait or inconvenience. I get things happen, but do right by people.
