First, I like to say that the service at this McDonald’s sucks they can’t seem to get their food together. They can’t seem to get their people in line and how do you have a manager that is so disrespectful I’m a ask United States, Marshall, and an ex United States soldier and me and my family Come here since the day it opened and the service here has just been getting worse, but I must say that the only one that seems to have her head on straight and is assisting The entire McDonald’s by herself and her name is zylnna You might as well be the manager here girl it’s amazing. She’s a great person and she is probably the last reason why I still am eating here.

Three out of three times, back to back, in a row, they confuse a Cafe Mocha (hot drink to wake you up in the morning) with a Mocha Frappe (cold dessert drink).
Once is a mistake. Twice may be bad luck. Three times in a row is poor training and/or bad management.
I ordered a medium coke and a large diet coke. I always order different sizes so I know which is which. They were out of large cups so I got 2 medium (?) drinks, neither was marked. I asked which was diet, she wasn't sure. I said I'm diabetic, need to know. A man told her to replace both. She gave me 2 unmarked drinks again, said the first one was diet. I put one in the console with my daughter's ice cream, the other in the door. It didn't fit in the door so I ended up holding it all the way home. Had to make another quick stop, so by the time I got home and carried everything inside, they were mixed up again. I drank one slowly, checking my BG with every swallow. A few minutes after I finished it, BG shot up to over 300. Took extra insulin, now it's tanking.
WHY DON'T THEY MARK THE LIDS? It takes 2 seconds!
Pedí algo me lo dieron incompleto me dijieron q esperara afuera pasó media ora y no me entregaron lo demás q pésimo servicio
Overall, I like this location. It's one of my favorite McDonald's in the Jacksonville area. They have pretty good service. They are always pretty nice and have good attitudes. Even when I'm annoyed they usually stay kind and helpful with a happy tone.
Today I ordered directly off the menu and it's like they don't even know what's on the menu. I ordered a sausage mcmuffin value meal, no eggs. It's very obviously $4 on the menu WITH hashbrowns and a small coffee. So the very nice lady took my order then asked me, "so two number 2s?" I reply, "No, I want the value meal that's $4, not a number 2." She replies, "ok, got it." As you will see from my photos, there isn't another meal item to confuse this with. At the window they say its 10.58 or something like that. So I tell them again it's only supposed to be $4 for the meal, sandwich, hashbrown, small coffee. So she gets a manager, who is also very nice, and she's telling me it's 3.79 or whatever for the sandwich and hashbrown and the coffee makes it more expensive. I told her it's on the value menu for $4. She said 'Oh, I keep telling them to change that menu because it's wrong. That's like $5.15 now." I told them this menu is only a month old and they are trying to say the company already changed the prices on the value menu from $4 to $5.15? Both employees are very nice and helpful through this whole exchange. So I change my order just to the items I need, ditch the coffees, pay, and she asked me to call the number on the receipt to inform them that the menu is incorrect and could they please fix it, which is fine. Except I don't think the price is wrong. I just think they don't know what's on their new menu. Because, as I said, it's only a month old and the previous one was in use for like 4 years.
I hope this helps them all gry on the same page.
Again, these employees were very kind and helpful through this whole interaction. They were wrong about the menu but helped me find a quick solution and with good customer service. I was the only one being terse and they did well.
