  I frequent this location & I am only giving 3stars due to one particular employee. I’m not sure if she is a manager but she usually works the cash window. Today she worked the second window. She is an African American woman (like myself), very light complexion, w/ short hair. I’m only describing her because I’m sure others have had the exact same experiences. She is beyond RUDE every single time I have come in contact with her. She gives snarky remarks to her coworkers as well as customers coming through drive thru.. at the simplest request such as condiments or how you respond to not wanting a copy of your receipt. Mind you I’m very nice every time regardless. You would think that would help but she remains rude nonetheless. This location would be much better without this particular employee and I’m surprised that she actually remains employed there because I know I’m not the only customer (or employee) who continues to have these interactions with her.

  This stores service is not acceptable they don't know how to read tickets to make sure that every item is in the bag ordered they truly need to be better trained the management needs to be double checking everything

  This slow ahh mcdonalds just needs a whole new crew maybe management for as slow but yet keep messing orders up. Get it together lmao it's food how is it hard

  This is my second time going to McDonald’s and my order being incorrect and I don’t receive all of my order. Tonight, I was pulled up to the third window because they were supposedly waiting on fries. I got my food and the fries were cold and I was missing my nuggets. I told them what I was missing and they grabbed the nuggets. Instead of 4 nuggets I had 3 nuggets and what resembled a crackling it was not a nugget. Then I got home and realized they never gave me my drink either! The first time I let it slide even though I waited almost 30 minutes for them to get my order correct but tonight I’m over it. This is ridiculous. I won’t be back to this McDonald’s
