  Worst McDonald's in Jacksonville, they cannot get a door dash order right for nothing, every time we decide to just order again , its always they forgot half of the food or the food itself sucks ,and it cost $80 for a family of 4 to door dash . Do not recommend this place to anyone !!!

  Absolutely terrible. Ordered 1 sausage mcmuffin, bacon egg and cheese bagel and 2 hash browns. Literally took 30 minutes!! Lunch crowd getting their food before I've gotten mine.

  Maaaan, do not sleep on this McD. I had such a great experience from start of placing my order to finished eating. To the gal that took my order, you were a super kind woman and friendly, thank you. To the ppl who made the food, thank you. My food was so hot and fresh I couldn't make it on the road I ate in the parking lot. To the people who bagged my food, thank you. Every requested item was in my bag!! Dam yall good. To the man that handed me my food, thank you. I saw you peeping that quality and accuracy. And my coke, that was perfect. So perfect it gives you that classic coca cola burn. Yall were on point.

  Sign on the door and the website both say the lobby is open 24 hours but the "manager" locked the door and was turning people away. Then she made a snarky comment when we were leaving. If youre gonna close your lobby at a specific time, update the dang door and website

  Literally ordered a kids meal with a tea n kids chocolate shake n a large sweet tea was told to goto number one and sat for 20 min still they never brought it out so I went back to drive through were the young girl was like they never brought you your food she made me stay at the window where she got it fresh and my 2 year olds shake and he was getting fussy because of sitting in the spot for so long but I’ve never had any problems ever from this location it’s always been fast and great customer service and everything maybe it’s just a bad day witch everyone has and businesses have them Also other then that it’s always been the best location for our family and everything
