  I don't know who the owner of this place is, but they are certainly not a business person. they don't have a clue how to run a business. They should be sweeping up the parking lot, on second thought, that's to complicated.

  Very rude came in waited 8 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I was simply waiting for a Doordash, no "hello, welcome in, or how can we help you?" Princess is who finally helped me and just put the stuff on the counter, came back reopened the sealed bag and walked away with it. Came back and put it back on the counter walked away without telling me that was my order or if everything was in it. Staff definitely needs more training!

  My friend and I went there on a quick 30 minute break. We ordered four hashbrowns and we leave the window with only three. We didn’t have enough time to turn around. They were kind of rude. We were charged for 4 hashbrowns

  This Mc.Donalds needs to be SHUTDOWN and out of business. No wonder my service was horrendous this morning 4/30/26 7 AM after looking at these horrible reviews. I went through the Drive Thru ordered a breakfast meal and the usual “The Frappe Machine Not Working” so I said okay let me get the difference of the overcharge refunded and I’ll take the Iced Mocha, The “Manager” said well we can either refund the drink and charge again or take as it is.After back and forth confusion I told her okay refund the Drink and recharge it.She said well we need the card, I didn’t have it with me physically because I usually just order mobile order and I never have to get a refund. So I drove myself back home really furious and came back with the card. I said you know what, just give me the full refund & returned the complete order. For a manager to have to have me drive all the way back home, is unnecessary and don’t know how to give customer service. Then the manager tried to bribe me in keeping the food and just refunding the drink, I got even more furious I said “I DONT WANT ANYMORE OF YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE,GIVE ME MY REFUND”. This store does not deserve another penny from me. Store owner can kiss it goodbye.

  McDonald's is McDonald's scrappy food but I'll give them 3 stars cuz I'm not here to complain about their food. They let a man in the women's bathroom when there was little girls in there using the bathroom. He asked for the code for the men's restroom but the workers claimed it wasn't working. So they gave them the code to the women's instead. The workers had just gave the code to the little girls so they knew they were in the bathroom before sending him in there. Least they could've done is asked him to wait until they come out and checked themselves there wasn't women in the bathroom before sending him in there. Not his fault he seemed apologetic but this is all on the workers not making sure there wasn't anyone there before sending him in. The little girls came out confused asking why there was a man in the women's bathroom!
