She took my order i was in the second lane, i pulled up she sounded very rude just her tone, i asked for my mcchicken cook to order she didn’t put it cook to order, i got to the window it was the same lady who took my order she hands me my food, i asked for sauce she shakes her head and scoffs and slams the window, then she pulled me forward and i waited like 10 minutes and my burger was wrong had to go inside and get a new one but the tall mixed curly headed worker was pretty nice and corrected my order. mcdonald’s needs to hire better managers 😂😂

My order was taken incorrectly, food took 20 minutes, they forgot my drinks, and I had to go inside twice to get things corrected. A staff member acknowledged the issues and wrote 50% off my next order directly on my receipt. When I returned almost a week later to use it, the manager tonight refused to honor it. He claimed the employee who wrote it doesn't exist at this location. I still have the receipt with the offer written on it. If your own staff makes a written commitment to a customer, your store needs to stand behind it. That's not the customer's problem to sort out, it's yours. I've since escalated this to McDonald's corporate and the Better Business Bureau.
