  I just got off a 16hr shift. I asked the employee at the counter to please have the cooks make my order—one burger and a 4 piece nugget—cooked to order (fresh), I don’t mind waiting longer, bc I don’t want older made food. They said they would. My order came out in less than ten minutes and not only was none of my food made fresh, my burger was missing the extra patty I PAID for and the CHEESE. Don’t tell customers you’ll do something and not do it and then mess up their order entirely. I paid for extra stuff and received even less than the bare minimum. Ridiculous.

  Good place and food was fresh ans fast. Atmosphere is, I didnt know workers could jam out ti NBAYoungboy music. At the time they were only serving to go orders

  Sherrie on drive- thru is so amazing at Customer Service. She truly makes a customer feel cared about. She’s good at her job. She’s fast efficient. What a wonderful asset to your company and what a great gift to your customers to get The SHERRIE experience!!!!

  Aaliyah handed me the smallest ice cream cone I’ve ever seen and when I inquired why, Alaliah responded “sorry I didn’t make it, there’s nothing I can do”. Also, the ice cream had started to melt like it was made when I ordered it and sat waiting for me to pick it up, while two cars were still ahead of me in line.

  В странах Европы вас обслуживают за 60-90 секунд любого клиента, но так как это Америка то на клиента просто наплевать. Мое ожидание внутри затянулось до 10 минут. Стулья и столы грязные, сервиса тут просто нет.
