  Is there even a point in complaining about a McDonalds? I don't know. But I had a bad experience, one I'm sure we can all relate to you, so I'll share. Ordered online with drive through pickup. Waiting 15 minutes in the line. Drive 20 min home and find I'm missing multiple items, like a 3rd of my order. Drive back. Go to the counter. Cashier hears my complain and doesn't even speak to me. Just turns and calls out to the manager, who was kind and considerate and takes my complaint. Then I hear the guy making sandwiches argue with her about making the rest of my food, which doesn't exactly instill confidence in how it'll turn out. I wait 15 minutes. And then I get the rest of my ordrr. Glad they made it right, and I know we all have had this experience, where we tell ourselves we should check the back for all the items at the drive through from now on, but should it really come to this? At some point it's my fault. Why am I ordering food from a place I don't trust to care about the accuracy of my order, whether I get what I pay for, or the quality of basically anything they make? Why do I do this to myself? To save a little money? Am I not worth more than this experience? I think I am, so yeah, I'm done with McDonald's and most of these chains in general. And if you've felt the same way, I encourage you to ask yourself the same questions. What's the price of your self respect?

  Came close to closing … I was served anyways!! manager was the best! staff in general was just Super. My food was made fresh. manager miss Omega Is hard-working , kind and Everybody working that evening matched her energy. Good food good people . Made my day!

  Service so slow it was as though they were moving in reverse at times. Also, do not know how to make a latte. It was not even hot! I would avoid this McDonald's and drive to another a few miles away.

  Cameron was hands down the most polite, respectful and patient McDonald's member we have encountered. We will come back to this establishment again just for the service received! Thanks again, Cameron.

  they dont answer u at the drive thru, sat there for 30 minutes waiting to be helped and there is no one in the parking lot or at the drive thru. had to go inside to get my food, which took another 15 mins and the order wasnt even correct. i had someone elses order. i would never come to this location again in a million years, all the workers are rude and honestly shouldnt be working in customer service
