The way the McDonald's restaurant has been renovated and updated is so nice. Also I ordered and ice cream cone there with no concerns. That's a plus.

Other that getting getting soggy fries and a dry hard buned Big Mac the rest of my food was completely fresh. Guys come on just cuz a small order comes in between a bigger one doesn't make it okay to just hand out poor quality food. The 3 stars was only because at least my kids food was right and fresh

I usually don’t say much bad about McDonald’s because honestly, we all kind of expect issues sometimes — but this location always seems to be in some kind of rush, and it affects the customer experience. I pulled up around 7:45 AM this morning and placed a simple order, nothing extra or complicated. I noticed they already had one car parked in a waiting spot, and then they asked the vehicle in front of me to pull forward too. When I got to the window, the employee tried to do the same thing to me. At that point, I said no — because how are multiple vehicles being pulled when the food is clearly almost ready? As soon as I stayed at the window, I could literally see them bagging my food, and I received it within about 30 seconds. So you mean to tell me I was being asked to pull up not because my order wasn’t ready, but just to help their drive-thru window times? As someone who has worked in fast food before, that is not how it should be handled. If the food can be provided in a reasonable amount of time, customers should not be asked to pull forward just to make the numbers look better. Fast food should still be about customer service, not just scoring. I usually avoid this location because I always seem to have an issue here. And while I wasn’t even in a huge rush, I also have work and I’m not trying to sit an extra 5–10 minutes for food that only takes a couple of minutes to prepare. To make it worse, the employee didn’t even take a second to ask or help with sauces. I like ketchup and mayo with my food, and the location on McCormick is always much more helpful, kind, and customer-focused. Bottom line: customers should come first — not drive-thru timer goals.

I will avoid this location in the future. Longest I’ve ever waited for McD’s. My receipt said 7:35pm on a Sunday. They had me pull into a parking spot. I only ordered a 1/4 pounder w/ fries and a happy meal. At 7:47pm the guy walks out with my food. Awesome thank you. Wait, where’s my drink? “I gotta go back,” the guy says. Super nice guy. He had decent customer service but, then I look in my bag and my fries are fallen over in the bag… I pick it up put the fries back in and realize I got jipped on the fries. My fry holder is half empty, and you would think after 12 minutes they would at least deliver fresh fries, but no, they were lukewarm… but they were salted properly. The guy comes back at 7:51 with my drink. I get home, take a bite of my QP, look down it’s not even cooked. (See Pic) I think there is a severe lack of quality leadership at this location. My question is: How can Chick-Fil-A get it right 99.9% of the time, but McD’s is hit or miss 99.9% of the time?
