    If I could put negative points - I do it! , every time I order to take away and I get home something is missing in the bag! I don’t understand why they don’t check the bags... as if the food were free

    Had the McChicken deal. The nuggets were chewy and old, definitely had been in the warmer too long. The McChicken was sponge like also had been holding for too long. Many tables were visually dirty. Gave you a pass on the floor do to the rain. Customer service was friendly. However my dipping sauce was not on my tray. I had to ask for them.

    I buy ice coffees all the time from McDonald's and this occasion it tasted like chemicals so I called the restaurant. It went straight to no voicemail message. These franchise McDonald's never answer their phones. I am sure they do this on purpose. I hope I don't get sick from it. I will be saving this coffee just incase I get sick and will be contacting my attorney.

    So bad. This McDonald’s location is really disappointing. We waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru just for an order of medium fries. After all that waiting, we received a container that wasn’t even filled halfway. It honestly looked like a small fry with half of it missing. Waiting half an hour for an almost empty order of fries is unacceptable. We paid for a medium fry and definitely didn’t get what we paid for, and we completely lost our money and time. We would like a refund.

    Went in today for a pickup order, no complaints about the custom service or the food. HOWEVER, it was incredibly hot in the customer area and upon talking to the employees I was informed they haven’t had AC (IN FLORIDA IN JUNE) for two weeks and they were told it won’t be fixed until the end of summer due to cost. Employers are federally required to protect staff from severe heat hazards and heat-related illnesses by OSHA standards. Can you imagine being indoors surrounded by equipment tempted at 300-500° and your boss tells you to deal with it for 3 months for $15/hr? Not to mention the loss of customers due to heat and smells and food regulations not being met. Ridiculous.
