  I cant with this store location anymore. Specifically the manager named Billy. This man is always clueless looking, making mistakes and then acting with a 'I know better than you' manner. My girlfriend went through the drive-thru to order a simple drink. The new dirty doctor pepper. Billy messed it up several times. Skimped on tje cold foam with barely any in it and she had to ask him to add more. THEN she asks for a straw..and he tells her "Were not supposed to give you one until you ask for one' AND that youre not supposed to drink this with a straw...I have ordered this as other locations and they've ALWAYS given us a straw. What is this guy's problem? Not to mention last time we came through we ordered nuggets made to order...hands us stale nuggets. And he KNEW he did wrong by the look on my girlfriends face and took them back immediately. I ask again, what is this dudes problem? Ive seen how he treats other employees there. Burgers are always stale tasting and I could forgive that. Whatever. But THIS guy? This guy is the definition of someone who should not be in a position of power over people. If this is how he acts towards a customer like my girlfriend? I cannot imagine how he treats his employees. Oh wait..I do have an idea with things ive heard. Done given this location chance after chance after the rude ways spoken to my girlfriend tonight.

  Waited 10 mins in the line to be told to pull around to the front and wait 10 more minutes. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers.

  The customer service at this location is horrible and it's always the females there making it hard on the customers. No matter how polite you are , they'll talk to you with an attitude and make it seem as if you're bothering them.

  Grubhub delivery was great. Part of or order included 4 double cheese burgers with no Mustard, extra pickles and extra onions. Got 0 onions and 2 pickles on each burger. Two of the buns were rock hard, 3 of the burger patties were over cooked and tasted like it was fried in fish. Fries were not hot per usual. Disgusting!!!!!
