  There are only 3 people that I have seen in this place work and have great attitudes whenever I come here, it is the older gentleman in the morning, the white girl with tattoos and the younger girl with the accent. The rest of the people here I would fire in a heartbeat. They are either yelling and cussing or sitting out in the lobby watching their phones. I've been to less affluent neighborhoods that had friendlier service and people. The place is dirty most of the time, bad service and you always have problems with your order whenever you come thru the drive thru. I have had a restaurant before, so I know what it takes to run an operation like this, I think alot of it is owner absence and a bad hiring process.

  Had a mobile order, gave it to the woman & was told to pull up, waited for an hour in line, and was told they couldn’t find my order and I’d have to replace it after I had already paid. The man at the window was rude and dismissive and the woman was unhelpful. Her only solution was to circle around to wait another hour for food I had placed a while ago. Tried to cancel my order through the app but it had said it was already being prepared so I couldn’t cancel it. Reported to the complaint line so hopefully I can get my money back because the employees were unable to help with that too.

  I have been driving across the USA from California and stopped in many McDonalds! This one was a lot of fun! You walk in and it's a nice dining area with pretty flowers on the table. Makes you smile!!! A gentleman was cleaning the area and the friendly crew came out to help a customer find his phone which his son had thrown in the trash😂 Thanks for making my lunch a happy one! Great job

  If you aren't gonna use the second drive through lane.Then, put a cone up or something. I sat there while four cars went through the first lane. Waste of my time. I went to wendys.

  I ordered 4 bec mcgriddle and 1 sec mcgriddle they only gave me 3 bec mcgriddle and 1 sec mgriddle and I asked for a refund for just that one mcgriddle and they screamed at me saying it was too late and there was nothing they could do and they they a bag at me with a Burger worth 3 dollar when I bought the mcgriddle meal for about 9 dollars
