  Today, May 15, 2026, at 12:54 PM, order #1304, I placed my order through the drive thru. I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese combo with no pickles and a large vanilla shake. When they handed me the shake, it was already half melted. The young lady told me to park because the order would take about 3 to 5 more minutes. I told her, “Okay, then can you please keep the shake and bring it to me together with the order?” She responded that the freezer was broken. I looked at her and said, “What?” Then why are they selling shakes under those conditions when it was completely melted? It would be better to simply say that you do not have milk shake available rather than selling them in those conditions. That should not be done, and it is a bit unethical. Apparently, this McDonald’s on Lem Turner does not have a good manager in charge because if they did, these things would not happen. They should have a meeting with the employees and see what is going on during the day. When I ordered my hamburger, I was specific and asked for no pickles. When I got to work, I realized they had put pickles on it, which I am allergic to. In the end, I could not eat it because even after removing the pickles, the taste remains, and I am allergic to them. I hope you are more careful when customers place their orders. Thank you.

  Waited for over 20 minutes for my food after ordering in the parking spot. Got home and missing a drink. The food didn't taste fresh and the next morning both my girlfriend and I were sick vomiting and later in the day had diarrhea. Her 8 year old niece also was sick the next day. Would not recommend going to this McDonalds location

  What happened to professional service ? They answer the intercom as if you owe them money with no customer service skills at all, all over the place talking inside so much they give out other customers orders.

  The staff here is so kind!!! Food came fresh and this location will actually remember to give sause!!! It’s always the small stuff that matters 😄
