  Wouldn't allow me to place an additional order at the drive thru because I had a mobile order and then I was missing items from said mobile order and never got a refund.

  OMG!!!!! Never in my life I have seen anybody so rude and trashy!!! Do not come here, it is scary! Is Sunday ,May 17th, 12:20 am. The person working in the drive thru window, girl with long , a mean very very long nails. To make the story short, she throw the food to us and yell at us. It was crazy!! She was rude for no reason at all. Her behavior was embarrassing!! I can tell she is an uneducated individual, she should not be working here or anywhere.

  Drove to pickup the food I ordered at 10:22am. Thinking I got it placed just in time on my phone and rolled up to McDonald’s thinking they’d have my order just like I pick it up during Uber Eats, and the manager was like sorry we don’t have it. You have to be here early. I told her she was going to get a bad review for this…she was like “it’s 100% not our fought!” She was hung up on being right that she missed the customer, me. I’m in customer service too. Maybe this review will help her remember. P.S. I did have a cordial conversation when I actually went inside…she said the system does not register unless you do it as a front register order as opposed to a drive through order. I think she lied because I’ve been instructed by an Uber Eats customer to go through the drive though. At any rate I was very unhappy. I could be wrong, maybe the higher ups can help in this area to change things.

  I have use my mobile app 3 times now and my order has been wrong every time. Needs improvement with mobile orders

  I feel stupid for going here. Everyone stares at you blankly, no smiles, like you're inconveniencing them. Ordered a quarter pounder deluxe meal and the sandwich didn't have tomatoes or onions so I paid extra and didn't get any of the extras. The fries were very cold. I would've felt better if I just threw $12 in the trash can.
