  I ordered two McMuffins. With a half a piece of cheese and a medium Coke got down the road and discovered that my sausage and egg McMuffin head no egg and to top it off I called him several times and it will not pick up the telephone not a happy start to my morning it's like one big party scene and nobody's doing a job correctly

  FOOD POISON . This the second time they gave me a uncooked chicken sandwich . And it will be reported to the health department. I still got half of the chicken sandwich and I am gonna show it to the health department. Soon as I took 4 bites of it I had diarrhea that lasted for 4 days now . They need to be shut down . Or hire better people who pay attention to the food . I have my doctors note as well and they informed me it was from food poisoning and McDonald’s was the only thing I ate that morning . Stop eating at this location until they fire them unprofessional cooks who not paying attention to if the food is done or not .

  The staff are nice enough but there just isn't enough of them. I've been sitting in the drive through for over half an hour (after ordering 2 fries and 2 burgers ahead on the app) because they only have 1 person staffed in the kitchen. They need to either staff more people or just close the place. With all the cancelled orders partway through making them, there's no way they're making any money unless they're laundering it. Whoever the general manager is needs to be replaced, and whoever is in charge of allocating funds clearly needs to put more into this location for the humans.

  Bathrooms were disgusting both of them. And they keep them locked. So they should be clean at least.

  University one always is fast and friendly. Amazing iced coffees and I’ve never had any issues!
