  We came for our 11 year old sons birthday party. We did the Pancake bar, laser tag, bowling, and arcade. We ended up alsp getting pizza, burgers, chicken fingers, and several orders of fries. Ansar was our party coordinator and helped us so much. We really appreciated all the staff help and effort into making sure all the kids were happy.

  Took a group of 5 adults. Had bowling reservation for 9. Showed up early at 7pm to eat first. Place was maybe at 1/3 capacity. Very slow, only a handful of tables had people sitting at them. Took 15 minutes to get a table and another 30 minutes to get drinks. Service was almost non-existent. Asked for a manager, server said he would get one. After waiting 20 minutes, I finally went and found one who claimed she was a manager. Not very concerned, made excuses, resolved nothing. Manager, security guards, etc. all busy on their phones. Many games dont work properly. Food finally came when we got our alley reservation around 830. Again, service was terrible. Refills? LOL. Should have been self service. Food is just overpriced basic frozen foods. Crazy to think this is billed as an upscale place. Between food, game cards, bowling, etc., I spent ~$500. I would avoid this place. Is Dave & Busters this bad now?

  Really disappointed in the customer service. I've been trying to book a reservation for bowling since Monday. Today is now Friday. There have been issues with the website all week. I call to try to make the reservation and am told that they cannot do that...they don't make reservations over the phone. I was referred to corporate. After speaking with corporate, I was referred back to the Jacksonville, Fl location. I want reservations because there will be 10 people bowling. At this point I've been told to just come in an hour before the time that I want to reserve to hold the lanes. I just want to take my son and his friends bowling. It should not be this hard. :(

  I went there on a Saturday around 6pm which I knew would be a little busy. And it was. When we signed in the guy at the front said the wait for bowling is about a hour to hour and fifteen minutes. Which we were fine with that, gave us time to enjoy the other activities we paid for. We waited over 3 hours and still no bowling lane, we started getting hungry, so I looked in the menu and there was not one thing my son with allergies can have. So since it was close to 9pm already we decided to leave so we could finally eat. Received a text at 9:20pm that our lane was finally available, but it was too late we were already half way home. I paid for all activities and never got to even use the bowling. Which I also paid $5 extra for shoes for every one. So spending $170 to play laser tag and pool tables was outrageous. I am very annoyed with this establishment.

  We had an AMAZING time at Main Event! The kids had an absolute blast, and the party package kept everyone entertained the entire time. There were so many fun activities included, and it was definitely worth it for a kids’ birthday party! A HUGE shoutout to Steven R. for being incredibly helpful, attentive, and accommodating. He made sure everything was taken care of and went above and beyond for our party! Also, Robin, our lane server, was AMAZING! She was so quick, attentive, and friendly. She made our entire group feel valued and was always there when we needed something. Her service truly stood out! The bathrooms were also clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. My only constructive feedback would be for our party hosts, Star and Aaliyah. They were polite, but we would have loved to see a little more energy, enthusiasm, and interaction with the kids. More excitement from the hosts would have made an already great party even more memorable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, the kids had a blast, and I would absolutely book another party here! We’re already looking forward to our next visit!
