  Shaud is an amazing person!!! He was so polite and friendly, so helpful and caring!!! It is people like this that make me and my family want to come back for a fun family nite or even other events!!! He made our night so much better just being Shaud❤️ Thank you for the great service, and because of that, we will be back soon!!

  This is my first review I have ever done. My wife and I started by doing a lap around inside to see what main event was all about. we sat at the bar to review our options. The couple next to us was taking used diapers out of a bag they had and throwing them into the trash can next to the bar. It did not smell very pleasant, we told staff and left to go bowl- not an issue that is main events fault but something to note. We waiting in line for 35 minutes to cash out for a bowling alley. The bowling alley we used (#13) kept miscounting pins, skipping turns and jamming. We approached 4 different employees as these problems kept happening over the course of about 20 minutes. It was so bad it was unplayable. We were told to keep hitting the "reset" button and we were told they were going to switch isles for us and give us our time back. After some time of waiting we decided to order food-they said they could not do fried food as the fryer was down. Then the bowling isle broke again for the last time. I went back up to ask about the status of a new isle and was told we would have to wait as the open isles were reserved. I asked for a refund and said I wanted to leave, the best they could do was a voucher. I told them I really did not want a voucher as it took great effort on my part to get help and answers, I had waisted a lot of time there, was not happy and probably was not going back - getting serviced was difficult. We ended up leaving with a voucher I would not give to any friend of mine and a bad date night. I only live 2 minutes away from Main Event and was very excited to find a nice way to relax but this was quite the opposite. I got an espresso martini and a lemonade, my wife got a mixed drink- it all totaled around 50$. I do not recommend this place to anyone, the staff did not seem motivated, the lanes dont work, you have to find people to help you, and the food was very limited as they could not serve over half the menu. I partially feel bad leaving a bad review and I could type about more things that happened to make the experience worse like there being over a dozen police vehicles in the parking lot making parking difficult but these are not a Main Event fault so I will leave them out. I do not recommend, I will not be going back, the one day off a week was ruined and date night was ruined. Don't let this be you or else you too will have a useless handwritten voucher in your back pocket with an empty stomach and a sad mood.

  Fui con mi familia de vacaciones a JAX y han decidido llevarnos a este sitio. Hemos cenado y tomado una ronda de cervezas y luego hemos pedido una segunda ronda para lo que nos han vuelto a pedir la documentación y al ver que no teníamos documentación americana. La encargada dijo que con pasaportes españoles no nos podría vender licor por qué debíamos ser americanos 😵‍💫🤦🏼‍♀️. Y ha dicho que si no desalojamos nos llamaría la policía y que nos estaba grabando pero la policía no llegó y los quedamos sin jugar ni nada. Marchamos por que habían 4 menores de edad y una embarazada y era mejor evitar el espectáculo que se habían montado la tía.

  This was by far THE WORST EXPERIENCE! I’ve been here multiple times and each time they disappoint even more but I PROMISE I won’t be back this time. I prepaid for an 1.5 bowling lane at 9:30pm on a Friday night. When my group arrived it was 8:15 so we went to grab food first. It was 4 adults & 2 toddlers. 1st we were told by the hostess the dining room was closed due to a party even though there were NUMEROUS tables available. I understood we had to order food at the bar but we still couldn’t sit at the tables so instead we had to go to a small circular table and squeeze but we was cool with it and didn’t argue Next we go to our lane (#20) the lane malfunctioned more than 5 times before they finally offered to switch us to an another lane. Our server even mentioned it was doing the same malfunctions the day before. They then switched us to lane #14 which then began malfunctioning #the guests at the lane #13 also mentioned theirs had been messing up all night too. They then had someone come fix it. I requested a manager. That’s when Cynthia came and offered a free 1hr play game voucher and 2 $10arcade tickets for the kids. (If you’ve been then you know $10 is like 2 games worth). Then we proceeded to shrug it off AGAIN and play. That’s when it malfunctioned again. My friend rolled a strike and the lane shut down, didn’t count the points etc. I asked for the manager again because at this point my night had been ruined. I tried to be understanding but now that it’s getting later and I wasn’t able to truly enjoy what I spent my money on, I wanted to be compensated for the distress. I asked 2different servers for Cynthia. She never came so I went an asked another and they stated she said she had already talked to me and tried to compensate with the voucher but she won’t give a refund but she would call her again. I said Please Do! After about 20min of waiting she comes out and as I’m trying to CALMLY explain my frustration, she tells me she gave me the free voucher because they don’t do refunds. I asked her to show me that policy, she responded she doesn’t have to. I asked her how is she compensating me if their machines are the ones malfunctioning. I could understand if it was something on my part but it wasn’t. She already tried moving me to another lane and that didn’t resolve the problem either. She continued to say she will not do any refunds. I then looked it up to see it says at discretion so I wanted to ask her why would she not want to satisfy her customers especially when I was trying to be reasonable. I was even okay with a partial refund but she began to get an attitude and repeat that she can’t do a refund. She said she didn’t want to talk to me anymore because she already has spoke with me and that I need to take it up with her GM so I asked for his contact as well. She placed the card down instead of handing to me when I was standing right in front of her. This is not how a place of business or manager should treat their customers. I spent at total of $170 (food $50,drinks $30, lane $60, shoes w/tax online convenience fee $37) tonight in total just to be treated like this and not able to fully enjoy what I paid for and be talked to rudely by the manager. I swear I didn’t not come off rude, I was trying to be understanding and calm until she started talking rude and being dismissive. Terrible establishment! ZERO STARS IF I COULD!

  Our birthday plans changed as we got to our location and realized there was a sport event happening. Last minute change to Main Event for our big family party! The wonderful and beautiful Syvn helped us get our group together! Getting a table took a little longer than our littles could handle, staff was amazing and kept me informed but the kids didn’t care! Syvn to the rescue again, she got us a spot to bowl and a wonderful server names Sophia handle our feast!! Food was great and the vibe was even better! Our night was perfect, bowling staff cleaned the area quick and was attentive! Sophia handled our group like a champ! I wish I got the you gentlemen that helped the kids in the prize store because he was great too!!! Birthday party was a success and Syvn is the shining star for all of it! Everyone was great but we will back bc of Syvn!!!!!
