  If you are looking for incredible, authentic island flavors, Mad O Caribbean and Seafood is a must-visit. I ordered the oxtail and it was absolutely bussing! It was cooked perfectly—incredibly tender, rich, and packed with deep, savory flavor. The seasoning here is spot-on. Definitely a hidden gem in Jax, and I will absolutely be back to catch the goat next time!

  The rasta pasta is absolutely delicious! I keep going back for more. Today i added shrimp and jerk chicken, elevated deliciousness!! It was MAD fi real!! Definitely recommend.

  Had the jerk shrimp the rice was old and the shrimp wasn’t jerk at all and I post that has steamed cabbage, but it wasn’t in the cabbage only onions bell peppers, and carrots, wasn’t good at all

  Trash. My boyfriend & I ordered Jerk & Curry chicken & also curry shrimp. She told us to wait for 20 minutes.. once we received our food the rice was old & the food tasted like it was reheated. The jerk chicken wasn't even jerk for real. We should've known it wasn't good once you see " no refund everything is finally." I wouldn't recommend don't waste your time like we did.

  My husband picked up the food, so I can not grade the atmosphere or customer service but the food was was good! I will be ordering from them again but they did mess up on one thing, I asked for a Jamaican Shrimp Patty , and they gave me beef- it was still good, I just really wanted to see what a JSP taste like.
