“Went through the drive-thru and the lady on the intercom said it was a 20-minute wait for donuts with 6 workers in there. Meanwhile, she was outside smoking a vape on the clock. I see why it’s a 20-minute wait ridiculous and unprofessional service.”

Never in my life had I received treatment like the one I received here. The manager is rude and disrespectful. The company or franchise owners need to be more selective about who they put in charge of their businesses, especially in customer service roles. Jessica was truly disrespectful. They may have very good donuts, but if I’m going to be treated badly, I’ll take my money and business elsewhere. At least as far as I’m concerned, I will not be coming back.
Came in right at 7am when notified that the hot sign was on. Walked in and they said they do not have any hot doughnuts. They had no selection which is weird for a Friday morning. They claimed the espresso machine was broken as well. Everything we asked for, they were out of. Not to mention, they were so rude! People after us were walking out empty handed. The store was gross. Receipt also shows that it was thru the drive thru and it wasnt.

You will never find the items you selected. Unfortunately, I experienced this myself. When I arrived to pick up my order, I gave my name, and one lady initially told me she couldn’t find it. Only after I showed the confirmation email did she check again and locate it.
However, most of the items were not available. Despite this being an issue on her end, she didn’t offer any solution. I had to wait and ask for a refund myself, which she eventually agreed to.
What made the situation more frustrating is that the customer before me had the exact same issue. She spent time with him, helped him, and made sure he received replacements for the missing items. In my case, no such effort was made, and I was left to figure things out on my own.
At that point, I became frustrated and raised my voice, asking why she treated him differently. She then asked if I was placing the order for myself. I told her I was picking it up for my kids, but even after that, she still didn’t say anything or offer any help.
After that, another lady came over and spoke with her. Their main concern seemed to be asking me to lower my voice rather than addressing the issue. In the end, she asked me, in a way that felt like they just wanted to finish the situation, “What can I help you with?” I told them I could take any available replacement, and that was it. However, I did not feel satisfied with how this was handled.
I don’t understand why I was treated differently from the customer before me. The inconsistency raises concerns about fairness and how customers are being treated.

Service Report for the Krispy Kreme on San Jose Blvd: I stood there for over three minutes saying "hello" until I was finally assisted by someone who—after I had requested a dozen Original Glazed donuts and two strawberry drinks four separate times—asked me if I spoke Spanish and asked what I wanted. This time, I told them in Spanish—a language I know well as it is my mother tongue, and which I know is far better than my English (which, while not perfect, isn't bad either). I went to the pickup window to collect my order, and—surprise!—I was assisted by a young woman who had no idea what she was supposed to hand me. I repeated my order to her again in English, and her response was, "We don't have the strawberry drink." I asked her to swap it for a lemon drink, but she didn't have that either. So, I asked for two iced coffees instead; when I asked her how much I owed, she only gave me the price for the two coffees, completely overlooking the dozen donuts I had ordered. I cannot even rate how I was treated, as I was shown disrespect from the very first moment. The service was VERY BAD; the communication was terrible. They ADVERTISE ITEMS THAT THEY DO NOT ACTUALLY HAVE. And if that weren't enough, there is a complete disconnect between the person who takes the order and the person who hands it out and collects payment. WHAT A SHAME! A product so loved and cherished by generations, yet served so ABYSMALLY! You could close this store down without hesitation just to stop it from tarnishing the reputation of the product. I will go to a different location, as I prefer these donuts over others, but I will never return to this specific store again—even though I live right in the neighborhood. I will also advise all my friends that, whenever they want Krispy Kreme donuts, they should avoid going to this particular store. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
