  I hate mayo but always say I'm allergic to be taken seriously. They offered to change knives, cutting boards and everything else to accommodate an allergy. Very appreciated!

  Short changed mea dollar after not giving me combo price. Also gave her my number and she didn't enter my number so I lost my points. So I was cheated around $8. Place wasn't crowded at lunch probably because of high prices and then we were cheated.

  My sub was not made the way I wanted it,instead of sun roll I got regular bread. I didn't get all of my toppings. I'm just highly disappointed. 15.00 dollars,what an waste of money,I couldn't take it back because the girl didn't give me my receipt and secondly im disabled and I don't drive. I can't afford to waste money of that I couldn't eat because it was so soggy.

  Easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The employee taking orders was cold, dismissive, and couldn’t even be bothered to make eye contact, yet had plenty of energy to joke around with coworkers. When I changed my chip choice after being told my original option was out, she snapped and told me to “make up your mind” loud enough for the whole store to hear. Completely rude, unprofessional, and unnecessary. If this is the standard here, I won’t be back.
