  When we pulled up the drive thru was around the building..... got in and someone had ordered several pan of wings and they looked AMAZING! We ordered and took our seats ,considering how busy they were, food wait time was reasonable. The food was well seasoned and fresh, the young ladies at the counter were friendly and accommodating. As we were eating, folks were steady rolling in and they were getting it done in that kitchen, kudos to the entire staff..... JOB WELL DONE. UNTIL NEXT TIME.....✌🏾

  I frequently visit Hip Hop and have always enjoyed the food, which is why I was so disappointed with this experience. I ordered two combo meals and paid an additional $2 per meal to upgrade to snapper. When I got home, I was surprised to find that each meal included only half of a snapper fillet, despite being charged extra for the upgrade. Charging an additional fee while serving a reduced portion is unacceptable and extremely disappointing.

  The food is usually good, but today the breading on the fish was soggy. I was asked if I wanted coleslaw, then didn’t put it in the bag. Had to ask for tartar sauce only to get one shallow container suitable for half a piece of fish. Was told when ordering that I could tell them what kind of drink I wanted at the window, I was given a drink that was already sitting in the counter with the ice partially melted. On top of all that, they charged me a 3% service fee even though I paid cash!
