Terrible food the fish was mushy not your typical catfish they add parmesan seasoning to the breading. The french fries were gummy and cold . The cook constantly played on his phone while cooking might I add it was two teenagers .When I entered the building the cashier looked sad the older cashier was at the window she was aggressive with the customers it was a very awkward experience this being my first time yes it's in a high crime area just passing through never again

I received my food in a timely manner. My neighbor's food took and additional 30 minutes to come.

Worse whiting & shrimp combo ever! Fillets were Fried so hard couldn't chew. Fries were not crispy. Last time I will visit Hip Hop!

Only issue was they had no mustard or mayonnaise. Other than that it was great! I will be adding your restaurant to my lunch rotation. Thank You!
