- ALAllen Lamb2 days ago5.0Greeted immediately as I walked in. Told them I was picking up an online order and my food was already done and waiting to be picked up. Both the gentlemen that greeted me and the one that handed me my order were extremely warm, friendly, and courteous. Those interactions were very brief but it stood out and I thought about it for a moment as I walked to my car. Once in the car I opened the bag to a heavy, hefty burger. I opened the wrap and saw a well put together burger that I couldn't wait to dig into. I enjoyed every bite and thankfully was provided with plenty of napkins. I'll be back guys.

I’ve gone to different locations and loved it and never minded spending $ for good food. I’m really upset how you manage to mess up 4 burgers.

Upon arrival I observed at 6:30PM on a Tuesday night the store was empty. Red flag. I picked up my order and checked my bag for accuracy before leaving. I ordered and paid for a large fry and I received a small fry. The fries were so greasy it was soaking through the bag. I tasted the fries. They were soggy. I brought this to the attention of the employee and a fresh order of large fries was provided. At home i began to eat the double sized burger. The burger was overcooked and tasteless. This was not the Five Guys i remember from the past. Based on my experience the food is overrated and overpriced. If you want a better tasting burger which is much cheaper go to Culvers and order a double deluxe. I bet you will not be dissatisfied with your purchase.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
