We were understanding and didn't complain about the mistakes. However, when my wife went back to get the missing burger we had already paid for, Joseph M spoke to her in a rude and condescending manner. She was simply trying to receive the food we had ordered. His attitude was completely unprofessional and left her very upset. This review isn't about a missing burger, it's about how customers are treated. We ended up losing our appetite, and what should have been an enjoyable family dinner was ruined. I hope management addresses this issue.
