- LClogen chaneyJun 14, 20261.0Visited 6/14/26. I’ve been eating Five Guys for over 20 years, and this was easily the worst Five Guys burger I’ve ever had. The burger was extremely overcooked and tasted burnt. The fries were very dark brown and seemed like they were cooked in old oil. The staff also appeared uninterested and unhappy to be there. Service was slow, and the overall atmosphere felt negative. Unfortunately, this isn’t my first bad experience with this location. On a previous order, I had food delivered and an entire meal was missing. By the time the issue was addressed, it was too late to have the missing food delivered. What makes this disappointing is that Five Guys has always been one of the most consistent burger chains I’ve eaten at. For two decades, I could count on getting a quality meal no matter the location. This store was the complete opposite of that experience. I’m not someone who usually leaves negative reviews, but the food quality, service, and overall experience at this location have noticeably declined. It’s disappointing to see a brand that was once so reliable being represented this way.
