- PNP N5 days ago4.0The bagels are good but so surprising that in 2026 a bagel shop has NO non-dairy cream cheese to offer, and no gluten-free bagels either.

There's wifi and a comfortable dining room. Bagels are great especially bagel with lox.. delicious. The people that work here r very friendly. Last year I broke my leg and was in a wheelchair for a few .months and they did everything possible to accommodate me and make my life easier.

My daughter thought her drink tasted spoiled, I was just going to buy her a different drink cause I hate sending stuff back and making a fuss but without hesitation after an employee explained the situation the manager came over and said she would happily make her another no problem and no charge she was so polite and awesome going out of her way I had to come post about it we really appreciated her kindness
- LELishan EllisApr 29, 20262.0When I went to this place I ordered a bagel and there was so much cream cheese on it you can barely see the bagel took it back to the counter and ask the exchange it so I can get one with the cream cheese on the side I was told that I could not do that they need to change how they do service by asking customers do they want the cream cheese on it or on the side I had to sit there and scrape some of that cream cheese off this is just ridiculous I guess when they saw me scraping the cream cheese off they came over and offered to give me a muffin instead because they said they could not replace the bagel which I think that is ridiculous you do not give someone bagel with so much cream cheese on it I think they should fix it to where they have the cream cheese on the side of the bagel this is just my opinion
