    Yum yum. I went to a Dutch Bros in TN and was thrilled to find one in Orange Park. Best blended coffee I've ever had.

    I had a lady named Angie take my order today, she was so sweet and kind! Also they made a mistake on my order(it happens, no big deal) but they corrected it without any hesitation and all of them had the best attitude.

    I have been coming to and enjoying my experience at this location since they opened. For the first 6 months or so everything was great and my orders always came out perfect. I'm not sure what's happened, but my experience has gone down hill the last few months or so. I visit this location every Sunday since opening as my sunday morning treat. I work a very stressful job, on top of trying to get through school and manage multiple chronic health issues, and this became my routine as a way to relax and unwind on the one day a week I get to relax. Maybe this is why my experience today has prompted me to leave this review. The last couple of sundays as well as randomly the last few months my order has been getting made wrong. So far it's just been not receiving soft top or the flavors will be super weak compared to other times I've ordered the same drink. I usually just let it go as they are typically busy, but today I received a completely black iced americano when I ordered it with soft top, protein milk, sugar sprinks, and raspberry/white mocha/lavender flavors. I parked and went to the walk up window so I wouldn't hold up the drive through line. They were very nice and understanding and remade my drink for me, which I appreciate. However it was made with orange/lavender and no sprinks and the flavors were very weak again, which are flavors I do like at least so I just accepted it. Hopefully this review will prompt some positive changes to be made. While waiting for my remake another customer came up also needing their drink remade, so this seems to be a consistent issue with multiple people. They are always very kind, but the quality of the drinks declining is prompting me to consider making a different coffee place my sunday treat spot. Which really sucks because this is one of the few places who's products don't give me stomach aches and I don't have to worry about getting flare ups. It's also located close to my home so I hope I don't have to start going elsewhere.
