- OSOdyssey sparksApr 17, 20261.0Honestly, I wouldn’t go here. I wouldn’t waste your time. The drinks are never consistent. They’re never correct. They’re constantly forgetting the add-ons and special things for the drinks. For example, I ordered the sour straw drink. Of course they forgotten my straw twice. Two completely different times . The first time I asked for it this time I just I was in a rush because it took 20 minutes for them to even acknowledge me I was standing outside by the window waiting to pick up my order. Another girl came up and asked if I had ordered I said no she waited as well for like another five minutes and then she went up to the window was like excuse me, can we get our mobile orders? When I place using the app to be convenient, I don’t expect to wait 20 minutes, especially when it didn’t look that busy . And now my drink is completely watered down and nasty because it was sitting there forever because they didn’t wanna acknowledge the people standing outside at the window for pick up orders and the drive-through goes by really really slow so if there’s a long line, expect to be there for a hot minute

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
