I never write reviews but as someone who is a server and works in the customer service industry the lack of care or communication with customers is astonishing. Dasha (so sorry if I misspelled her name) is the only reason I’m writing this review. She absolutely was the only person to actually talk to us in more than one word sentences and was very accommodating when we had questions or needed something unlike the rest of the staff who have been consistently short and rude. She deserves all the praise. As for everyone else please do better.

Will not be returning to this location, reading the other reviews this is a continuous problem for many Customers

No refund, just replaced the order with what they had. Not sure why they would let people order and pay for something sold out, or not prioritize online orders who have already paid… very disappointing.
